I was recently invited to a BCS event to conduct an Attitude, Behavior, Culture (ABC) workshop showing how ABC (part of the ITIL practitioner toolkit) is STILL the number one success, or more commonly “fail factor,” in IT service management (ITSM) improvement programs.
